2072 Full Stack Developer (Expert)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own delivery of GAIA platform initiatives end-to-end
• Define scope, roadmap, and success metrics
• Lead Agile execution across multiple teams and streams
• Align business stakeholders and technical teams
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively
• Ensure delivery within time, budget, and quality targets
• Drive adoption and scaling of AI solutions across hubs
• Provide transparency via metrics, reporting, and dashboards
• Enable continuous improvement through data and feedback loops Support strategic initiatives and contribute to AI roadmap

• Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering (or equivalent)
• ~5–10 years experience in software delivery / platform roles
• Proven experience leading cross-functional Agile teams
• Experience in DevOps, cloud, or AI-related environments
• Track record of delivering complex global IT solutions
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience
