Key Responsibilities
As an Account Technical Support Agent, you will:
- Deliver excellent customer service using strong communication and listening skills
- Provide professional telephonic and email support to customers
- Accurately capture and log service calls with high attention to detail
- Provide product guidance using IFU (Information for Use) documentation
- Update and maintain accurate business and account information
- Support customers with accounting queries, including HMRC regulations and compliance
- Resolve complex accounting issues such as VAT and other legislative queries
- Reconcile customer, supplier, and bank transactions
- Correct account posting errors to ensure accurate balances
- Handle inbound queries and provide effective resolutions
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries
- Escalate issues or complaints when necessary for timely resolution
