Key Responsibilities

As an Account Technical Support Agent, you will:

  • Deliver excellent customer service using strong communication and listening skills
  • Provide professional telephonic and email support to customers
  • Accurately capture and log service calls with high attention to detail
  • Provide product guidance using IFU (Information for Use) documentation
  • Update and maintain accurate business and account information
  • Support customers with accounting queries, including HMRC regulations and compliance
  • Resolve complex accounting issues such as VAT and other legislative queries
  • Reconcile customer, supplier, and bank transactions
  • Correct account posting errors to ensure accurate balances
  • Handle inbound queries and provide effective resolutions
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries
  • Escalate issues or complaints when necessary for timely resolution
