Key Responsibilities:
- Support the maintenance and improvement of production voice and text agents.
- Execute and maintain regression test suites for agent releases.
- Assist with prompt updates, testing, and performance validation.
- Configure and support campaign-specific agent deployments.
- Monitor agent performance and help identify issues in production.
- Work with APIs, LLMs, and conversational AI tools under senior mentorship.
- Contribute to QA processes and continuous platform improvements.
Job Experience and skill required
- Degree in Computer Science or similar
- Demonstrable interest in AI through projects, coursework, hackathons or self learning
- Eagerness to work on real-world AI systems used by customers every day
- a GitHub profile or portfolio showcasing relevant projects is highly advantageous
