Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain voice, text, and QA agents in production.
- Develop and enhance text-bot capabilities across customer engagements.
- Configure and support campaign-specific agent variants.
- Integrate LLMs, speech services, and APIs into conversational workflows.
- Conduct testing, regression validation, and release support.
- Monitor agent performance and help troubleshoot production issues.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve agent quality, reliability, and scalability.
Job Experience and skill required
- 2 - 5 years experience in software, AI or conversational AI Engineering
- Degree in Computer Science or similar
- Experience in Python development, integrating and working with LLMs, API development and integration experience, GitHub and Strong debugging and testing
