Key Responsibilities:
- Build and tune production voice and text agents.
- Design conversational flows, prompts, and evaluation frameworks.
- Optimize STT/TTS pipelines for quality, latency, and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain text-bot and campaign-specific agent variants.
- Own client-mandated agent configurations and ongoing performance improvements.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions
Job Experience and skill required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (Masters Preferred).
- 5+ years of software engineering or machine learning experience.
- Strong experience with LLM voice and text pipeline engineering.
- Python development expertise.
- APIs and system integrations.
- GitHub and version control workflows.
- Production-grade software and AI systems experience.
Strong prompt engineering and evaluation discipline.
