equirements:
• Grade 12.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Business Management qualification or relevant
qualification will be advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Retail Store
Manager is required.
• Retail experience managing multiple stores would
be very beneficial.
• Excellent communication, organisational and
strategy skills.
• Leadership and decision-making ability.
Responsibilities:
• Perform regular visits to retails stores and various
outlets.
• Ensure all business operations are conducted in
accordance with the company standard.
• Oversee and coordinate business operations of the
retail stores to achieve financial goals and
operational targets.
• Influence team members to be customer oriented,
effective, productive and knowledgeable.
• Build constructive and effective relationships with
multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Ability to identify areas for performance
improvement.
• Partnering with the Sales and Marketing division to
support, validate and strategize marketing
initiatives and events.
• Development and implementing of possible new
business ventures.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skill to
positively impact business
