The Assistant Chef will assist the Head Chef/Chef in preparing and presenting meals, following approved menus and recipes, and ensuring food is prepared according to hygiene and food-safety standards. Responsibilities include kitchen cleaning, proper food storage, monitoring food quality, assisting with stock control, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and working effectively with other kitchen staff. Other duties may be assigned by the Head Chef or management.
