The Associate - Card Operations will assist
in the day-to day operations and ensure that all processes are handled in an
effective and efficient manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creation and maintenance of the customers’ card
and Ebanking accounts
·
Provide support to customers and attend to
queries in a timely manner
·
Monitor card transactions for the enhancement
of customer service
·
Monthly renewal of Cards
·
Printing/Verification of credit card statement
·
Card embossing and PIN mailer printing
·
Refund and record keeping of prepaid cards
·
Project Implementation-Testing (UAT)
·
Scanning and filling of documents
·
Processing/maintenance of Alert subscription
·
Management of stock card/pin/token
·
Dispute management and processing
·
Reconciliation of card transactions
·
Processing of monthly credit card repayment
and all related fees
·
Send statistics reports on a daily, weekly and
monthly basis
·
Preparation of Visa International Operating
Certificate on a Quarterly Basis
·
Preparation of MasterCard Quarterly return
·
Conduct LAT reporting on Mastercard on
quarterly basis
·
Proceed with submission of prepaid abandoned
funds to BOM
·
Preparation of Statement of Electronic Banking
Transaction on a Monthly Basis
PREREQUISITES:
·
HSC or an alternative qualification from a recognized
institution in a field of study relevant to the scope of work and acceptable to
the Bank.
·
Candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of
experience in the banking field.
SKILLS:
·
Attentive
to details and deadline driven, as well as ability to multitask and work under
pressure.
·
A detailed understanding of Regulatory
guidelines and internal policies
·
Good
working knowledge of regulations within the banking and financial sector
·
Excellent
working knowledge of MS Word & Excel tools
