Job Description
Role Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the global ActiveDirectory with over 100,000 user accounts and Entra ID.
Ensure high availability, security,and reliability of the Entra ID infrastructure.
Drive the implementation of the ITstrategy in the Digital Identity domain.
Innovate and improve operational processes, evaluate and implement new features and functions, and drive automation.

Requirements

Essential Skills:

Minimum 3 years of professionalexperience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Enterprise ITarchitectures, with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM)systems.
Expert experience in implementing andadministering Microsoft Entra ID, Entra ID Connect, and Active Directory,with strong knowledge of authentication protocols (Kerberos, SAML,OAUTH/OIDC).
Advanced knowledge of Entra ID andZero Trust architecture concepts.
Advanced experience in thedevelopment and implementation of Entra ID security concepts.
Advanced understanding of networkprotocols: IPv4, IPv6, DNS.
Advanced experience in automation andInfrastructure as Code using PowerShell, Azure Functions.
Ability to handle additionalresponsibilities assigned within an Agile Working Model (AWM) framework.

Advantageous Skills:

Advanced experience in hybrid cloudenvironments and Microsoft Azure.
Experience in Agile workingenvironments.
Strong teamwork and internal/externalcommunication skills.
Analytical thinking to coordinate,analyze, and resolve technical issues.
Self-organization, problem-solving,and delivery-focused mindset with a focus on innovation and continuousimprovement.

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in Computer Science,Communications Engineering, or related discipline, or comparablequalification.
Minimum 5 years of professionalexperience in IT, including experience managing large Cloud/Hybridenvironments (international experience advantageous).
