A well-established organisation is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Retail Outlet Manager for a busy retail depot in Cape Town. This role involves managing daily operations, maintaining customer relationships, improving financial performance, conducting marketing research, and overseeing staff.

General Responsibilities:

• Manage the retail outlet efficiently
• Sustain strong customer relationships
• Enhance the financial performance
• Conduct marketing and sales research
• Promote products at various events
• Oversee stock control and staff
• Ensure effective time management
• Control operational costs

Specific Functions:

• Achieve sales targets
• Conduct market research
• Drive product visibility
• Maintain accurate stock records

Key Requirements:

• Proven managerial experience in retail
• Demonstrable sales background
• Reside in Cape Town with local knowledge
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Physically fit with a driver's licence
• Computer literacy and professional conduct
