Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business development and identify sales opportunities within the Nelspruit region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Promote and sell the company's range of industrial equipment and warehouse solutions.
• Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Establish and grow the branch's client base prior to the branch opening.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch once established.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve sales and operational objectives.
• Manage stock control, inventory, and branch administration.
• Monitor branch performance, budgets, and profitability.
• Prepare management reports using Pastel Evolution.
• Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Must reside in the Nelspruit area.
• Minimum of 3 years' management experience in a Branch Manager, Sales Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Previous experience within the industrial equipment, materials handling, warehousing, engineering, manufacturing, hardware, construction supplies, or related industry is essential.
• Proven external sales and business development experience.
• Proven leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Pastel Evolution.
• Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
