Candidate Requirements:
- Formal culinary qualification advantageous
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant environment
- Strong breakfast service experience
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure wth good organisational and time-management skills
- Own transport
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work independently
