Role Purpose

The Business Developer is responsible for driving new business growth for Skillnet Recruitment by identifying opportunities, acquiring new clients, expanding market presence, and strengthening long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities

  1. New Business Development & Client Acquisition
    • Identify, target, and secure new clients across industries
    • Conduct prospecting activities
    • Build a strong sales pipeline
    • Present service offerings confidently
  2. Client Relationship Management
    • Maintain regular client communication
    • Provide guidance on job specifications
    • Ensure high client satisfaction
  3. Recruitment Sales Support
    • Work closely with recruiters
    • Assist with job order prioritisation
    • Provide feedback on candidate suitability
  4. Market Research & Industry Mapping
    • Analyse industry trends
    • Map potential clients
    • Identify high-growth industries
  5. Administration, Reporting & Compliance
    • Maintain accurate CRM records
    • Submit business reports
    • Ensure compliance with company policies
