 Requirements

•  6–10 years’ experience in FMCG, recruitment, staffing, or business development
• Proven ability to acquire and manage FMCG clients
• Strong sales pipeline management and deal closing experience
• Good understanding of FMCG operations, distribution, and workforce structures
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Existing network within FMCG or related sectors is an advantage
