Job Title -Business Development & Sales Executive

Reports To- CEO

Employment Type -Part-Time (20-25 hours/week)

Location-Lusaka, Zambia (with field work)

Remuneration- Basic salary+ Commission

Role Summary

Drive growth by acquiring new property management clients and building strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Acquisition

- Identify and prospect potential landlords (individuals, corporates, diaspora)

- Conduct property valuations and pitch presentations

- Convert leads into signed management agreements

- Achieve monthly acquisition targets (min. 2-3 new properties/month)

Business Development

- Build relationships with real estate agents, developers, and law firms

- Identify new revenue streams and partnership opportunities

- Represent Erudite at industry events and networking functions

- Develop referral programs and strategic alliances

Reporting

- Maintain pipeline tracker (CRM/Excel)

- Provide weekly sales reports and forecasts

- Gather competitor and market intelligence

Qualifications

Requirements

Education - Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Experience -2-3 years in sales, real estate, or business development

Skills - Strong communication, negotiation, and networking

Other- Self-motivated, target-driven, Zambian property market knowledge
