Butchery Blockman Vacancy – Malelane / Komatipoort Area Our client is looking for an experienced and reliable Blockman to join their team in the Malelane / Komatipoort area. Essential Requirements: Previous butchery and blockman experience essential. Knowledge of meat cutting, trimming and preparation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and customer service skills. Reliable and hardworking with attention to detail. Preference will be given to candidates fluent in English, Afrikaans and Portuguese. Duties: Cutting, trimming and preparing meat products. Assisting with deboning and portioning of meat. Preparing products for display and sale. Ensuring correct labelling and pricing of products. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the butchery. Assisting with stock control and stock rotation. Operating butchery equipment safely and correctly.
