* Batchelor's Degree in Business Management / Finance /
   Engineering
* MINIMUM 12 Years' experience in a FMCG environment -
  ESSENTIAL
* Strong knowledge of PRODUCTION PLANNING,
   MANUFACTURING PROCESSES, QUALITY CONTROL &
   SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
* Demonstrated experience in optimizing PRODUCTION
   OPERATIONS
* Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental Regulations
* RISK Management

DUTIES:
* Develop & Implement Operational Policies
* Manage Day to Day Operations
* Optimize Processes to improve efficiency
* Oversee Logistics, Warehouse & Freight Activities
* Collaborate with Cross-function Teams
* Ensure Compliance with Regulations
