DEPUTY Chief Operations Officer (Deputy COO)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Batchelor's Degree in Business Management/Finance/Engineering
- Minimum 12 Year's experience in a FMCG environment - ESSENTIAL
- Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Manufacturing Processes, Quality Control & Supply Chain Management
- Demonstrated experience in optimizing Production Operations
- Excellent Leadership Skills
- Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental Regulations
- Risk Management
- Develop & Implement Operational Policies
- Manage day-to-day Operations
- Optimize Processes to improve efficiency
- Oversee Logistics, Warehouse & Freight activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional Teams
- Ensure Compliance with Regulations
