Background

A private company is seeking to hire Cleaning Staff to maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe environment throughout the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and scrub floors in the kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and other restaurant spaces.
• Surface Sanitization: Wipe down tables, counters, chairs, and high-touch surfaces regularly to maintain hygiene standards.
• Wash Dishes & Utensils: Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, and pans using manual or machine methods.
• Waste Management: Empty trash bins regularly, separate recyclables, and ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Restroom Maintenance: Keep restrooms clean, stocked with supplies (soap, toilet paper, hand towels), and odor-free.
• Equipment Cleaning: Clean kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and refrigerators as per cleaning schedules.
• Supply Monitoring: Monitor cleaning supplies and inform the supervisor when reordering is needed.
• Safety Compliance: Use cleaning chemicals safely and follow all health and safety protocols.
