Our client has an opportunity available for a Condeco Technical Team Leader based in Johannesburg.

Requirements:

• Nation Diploma in Information Technology or related.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
• Matric
• Valid South African driver’s license.
• MCITP
• Knowledge of OHS act and ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• 3+ years in a call centre or helpdesk environment.
• Experience with booking systems- Condeco would be advantageous.
• Familiar with VOIP, Avaya Telephony, Technical, organizational and planning.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the business application is maintained to the highest possible standard with maximum levels of attainable productivity and efficiency.
• Complete Daily Systems health checks on Condeco Application and Database servers to ensure that the resources are running at an acceptable rate.
• Responsible and accountable for all technical support to the client relating to Condeco services and products.
• Support and manage:
  • Hardware and software health checks.
  • Upgrades, fixes and new releases.
  • Ensure the client follows proper change management procedures.
  • Assist with Condeco training when required.
