Description:

• Manage all day-to-day site operations from establishment to project handover
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Plan daily activities and monitor progress against project programmes
• Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Conduct site quality inspections and identify defects
• Ensure defects are rectified timeously
• Monitor labour productivity and manage workforce performance
• Control material usage, plant, and equipment on site
• Identify construction risks and implement corrective actions
• Manage project timelines and reduce delays and cost overruns

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–10 years’ proven experience as a Site Manager / Construction Manager in residential and commercial construction
• National Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Civil Engineering, or related field (advantageous)
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
• Proven ability to accurately interpret and implement architectural, structural, civil, electrical, and plumbing drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications and construction standards.
• Proven experience managing multiple subcontractors and large-scale projects.
