Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple construction sites simultaneously
- Ensure projects are completed within budget, programme, and quality standards
- Manage contractual and commercial aspects of projects
- Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors and stakeholders
- Monitor construction programming, cost reporting, and project performance
- Ensure compliance with HSE and quality management standards
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project reporting
- Manage project risks, claims, and dispute resolution processes
