Control Room Operator - Urgently Needed

Calling all control room operators and call centre agents to join our Cape Town Team. Our national company specialising in remote off site monitoring, is looking for young, vibrant, and confident people. Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:. 1. Excellent communication skills – both written & verbal 2. Valid Police Clearance or criminal record check – 6months validity 3. PSIRA registered. 4. Must have excellent telephone etiquette. 5. Must be computer literate. 6. Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment. 7. Must have customer service experience. 8.
