Conveyancer / Conveyancing Attorney Location: Ballito, KZNSalary: R25 000 – R35 000 CTC (Depending on experience) Well established legal practice based in Ballito is seeking a Conveyancer or Attorney with conveyancing experience to join their dynamic team.Minimum Requirements:Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer OR Attorney practicing conveyancingMinimum 2 years’ post-admission experience within conveyancingExperience attending to transfersBond registration experience would be advantageousExperience working on LexisConveyStrong attention to detail and ability to manage matters independentlyExcellent communication and client liaison skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentDuties Include:Managing conveyancing matters from inception to registrationDrafting and reviewing conveyancing documentationLiaising with clients, banks, estate agents and relevant stakeholdersEnsuring compliance with conveyancing processes and deadlinesAttending to general conveyancing administration
