Country Representative

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities.
  
• Arrange meetings with institutional decision-makers.
  
• Support presentations, demonstrations, and stakeholder engagements.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, hospitals, and healthcare organizations.
  
• Conduct market intelligence and opportunity mapping.
  
• Maintain accurate activity reports and records.
  
• Support proposal development and contract discussions.
  
• Represent the organization at conferences, workshops, and professional events.

Requirements:

• A university degree.
• Experience in one or more of these fields: healthcare, medical education, nursing education, universities and higher education, digital learning / EdTech, pharmaceuticals, business development, and international development projects.
• You are ambitious, professional, and eager to grow into a leadership role.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• The ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
  
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  
• The discipline to work independently and remotely.

Your Mission:

• You will help expand partnerships with medical schools, nursing schools, universities, teaching hospitals, healthcare training institutions, ministries of health, professional associations and development partners and NGOs.
  
• You will represent innovative digital learning solutions that help educate healthcare professionals and strengthen health systems.
