Job description

The National Assembly of Zambia invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Curriculum, Development, Research and Training Officer (x1).

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, reviewing and updating training curricula and learning materials.
• Support planning and delivery of training and professional development programmes.
• Assist in conducting applied research and preparing research outputs and publications.
• Support integration of research findings into training programmes and learning resources.
• Assist in coordination of facilitators, researchers and subject-matter experts.
• Prepare routine technical reports on curriculum, training and research activities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• Full Grade 12 School Certificate.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Law, Political Science, Public Policy or a related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in curriculum development, training support or research activities.
