Data Analyst

Our client has an opportunity available for a Data Analyst.

Requirements:

• Data analysis, advanced Excel and Cognos analytics skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalenting in a numerical or analytical field such as statistics, accounting and or computer science.
• 3 to 5 years in an analytical role such as Data analytics, BI and Consumer Insights.

Responsibility:

• Complete data extracts accurately and provide the data files for base campaigns as per CRM briefs across:
  • Dial campaigns
  • SMS campaigns
  • DN match campaigns
• Support the CRM Brand Manager to UAT moving the outstanding email marketing campaigns.
• Provide Ad Hoc reporting as required.
• Support the A&I Manager focus on moving data into the warehouse and driving automation.
• Quarterly protocol reviews with BI and marketing.
• Review and QA the month end commission reporting and recon.

This contract position is for 6 months.
