Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines that ingest, transform and deliver high-volume voice and interaction data.
- Develop and support real-time and near-real-time data processing workflows
- Manage and optimize data storage solutions, including operational databases and analytical data warehouses.
- Implement data governance, security, retention and compliance controls
Job Experience and skill required
- Degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar
- 3 - 5 years experience in a similar opportunity
- Experience with PostgreSQL and / or MongoDB, ETL pipeline, real data processing, SQL and modelling skills
- Experience with Azure
