Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance multi-tier trading systems
• Engage with clients to gather and understand business requirements
• Document functional, business, and technical specifications
• Perform system testing and ensure quality assurance standards
• Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot existing software solutions
• Collaborate across development, testing, and integration phases

Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education:

• Minimum 3-year tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field [Delphi Dev...loper 2026 | Word]

Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in software development
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience developing commercial applications using Delphi
• Experience working within financial services environments is advantageous

Skills:

• Strong Delphi development expertise
• Experience with C# and C++
• Solid understanding of 3-tier architecture and object-oriented design principles
