Demand and Sourcing Analyst (Procurement) – West Rand – R60 000
Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Economics, Business, or Data Analytics. Must have experience in the hospitality sector. Must have Advanced excel. Procurement department. Improving demand accuracy, supporting strategic procurement decisions and enhancing product competitiveness through data-driven insights. Analyse sales trends, develop accurate demand forecasts. Forecasting & Demand Planning. Sales & Inventory Management. Market Competitiveness & Pricing Intelligence. Reporting on: New product performance, Overstock and inventory exposure.
