Digital Business Development & Analytics Manager

Our client is seeking a Digital Business Development & Analytics Manager to join their Cape Town-based hybrid team. This role sits at the intersection of digital strategy, analytics, and business growth, and is ideal for a highly analytical professional with strong digital product and data experience.

Key Responsibilities:

•       Manage relationships with banking and technology partners to drive digital innovation

•       Translate customer and business requirements into digital tool specifications

•       Collaborate with product and development teams to improve digital user journeys

•       Build, maintain, and interpret dashboards and performance reporting tools

•       Analyse customer data to generate actionable business insights

•       Support digital acquisition, onboarding, and customer engagement strategies

•       Contribute to strategic planning, forecasting, and business growth initiatives

•       Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities

Requirements:

•       3–5 years’ experience in digital, fintech, analytics, or digital marketing environments

•       Degree in Business Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)

•       Strong experience in digital tools, web systems, or product specification work

•       Advanced Excel skills with strong data analysis capability

•       Experience with reporting tools or business intelligence platforms

•       Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders

•       Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

Advantageous:

•       Experience in financial services or fintech environments

•       Exposure to product management or UX/UI collaboration

•       Digital marketing or analytics certifications

•       Experience working with large datasets and performance tracking systems
