Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Design and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) specifically for lead generation and listing promotion.
- Social Media Management: Create engaging content and manage social media channels to increase followers and engagement rates.
- SEO/SEM Optimization: Optimize property listings and website content to increase search engine rankings.
- Content Creation: Produce compelling content, including short-form video tours, blog posts, and listing descriptions.
- Data Analysis: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM) to monitor performance (CTR, CPL, ROI) and refine strategies.
- Lead Management: Collaborate with sales teams to nurture leads generated from digital campaigns.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in digital marketing, specifically within the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and design tools (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong written and verbal skills for ad copy and content creation.
- Ability to analyze data and allocate marketing budgets for maximum ROI.
