Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Design and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) specifically for lead generation and listing promotion.
  • Social Media Management: Create engaging content and manage social media channels to increase followers and engagement rates.
  • SEO/SEM Optimization: Optimize property listings and website content to increase search engine rankings.
  • Content Creation: Produce compelling content, including short-form video tours, blog posts, and listing descriptions.
  • Data Analysis: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM) to monitor performance (CTR, CPL, ROI) and refine strategies.
  • Lead Management: Collaborate with sales teams to nurture leads generated from digital campaigns.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years in digital marketing, specifically within the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and design tools (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong written and verbal skills for ad copy and content creation.
  • Ability to analyze data and allocate marketing budgets for maximum ROI.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000
