About the Driver Forklift Operator Role Reporting directly to the Workshop Supervisor, the successful candidates will operate company vehicles and forklifts in compliance with safety standards and aviation security regulations.

This position requires hands-on involvement in loading and unloading cargo, conducting routine equipment inspections, and maintaining operational records. The role also involves assisting with general warehouse and ground handling duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport staff and materials. Handle forklifts and other ground support equipment in strict adherence to safety protocols.

Load and unload cargo, baggage, and operational supplies accurately and safely. Perform routine inspections of vehicles and forklifts; promptly report any defects or issues.

Ensure compliance with all aviation safety and security regulations. Maintain cleanliness and good working condition of assigned vehicles and equipment.

Support general ground handling and warehouse operations as required. Keep detailed and accurate transport and operational records.

Required Qualifications and Experience Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent. Valid Driver’s License, preferably Classes C and C1.

Valid Forklift Operator Certificate. At least two years of experience in driving and forklift operations.

Experience in aviation or logistics sectors is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
