Electrical Engineering Manager

? Position Overview:
The Electrical Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing electrical engineering operations, ensuring the high-quality design, compliance, and execution of projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive performance across multi-disciplinary teams.

? Key Responsibilities:

• ✔ Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians

• ✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• ✔ Relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• ✔ Strong knowledge of power systems, industrial automation, or infrastructure projects
• ✔ Proven project management experience
• ✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
