Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the power generation, utilities, mining, and industrial sectors.
• Promote and sell electrical technologies, equipment, and solutions for power plants and related industries.
• Provide technical consultation and support to customers, ensuring solutions meet operational requirements.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation through to project handover.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including engineers, procurement teams, plant managers, and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in technical sales within electrical engineering, power generation, energy, or industrial automation environments.
• Strong understanding of power plant electrical systems, switchgear, transformers, protection systems, or related technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and provide tailored solutions.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
