ERP Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer (Hybrid)

Duties / Key Responsibilities

• Design, maintain and improve Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments.
• Build and support secure ERP hosting platforms, including IIS-based applications.
• Manage virtual servers, networking, backups, monitoring, patching and disaster recovery.
• Support cloud migrations, automation and infrastructure standards.
• Manage incidents, suppliers and third-party hosting partners.
• Guide project teams, support solution design and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

• 5–8 years’ infrastructure engineering experience.
• Strong Azure, Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, DNS and networking skills.
• Experience with security governance, access control, compliance and vendor management.
• Exposure to enterprise application hosting or managed services.
• ERP platforms, Azure Virtual Desktop, Entra ID, Azure networking, security tools or PowerShell would be useful.

Education

• IT diploma or degree.
• Azure, security or infrastructure certifications are advantageous.

Soft Skills

• Structured, analytical and proactive.
• Strong ownership and stakeholder communication.
• Able to manage multiple customer environments and priorities.
