Job Details

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
-Business Development: Actively prospect, cold-call, and secure new customers to expand the company’s market share.
-Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts through regular site visits and personalized service.
-Sales Presentations: Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations to educate clients on features and financial benefits.
-Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals and meet monthly/annual sales targets.
-Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies.
-Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all leads and customer interactions in a CRM system, and submit regular sales activity and pipeline reports
-Contribute to periodic management reports on stock, cash flow and cost control.

Required Skills & Qualifications
-3-5 years of proven external sales experience
-Grade 12 (Matric)
-Valid driver’s license and vehicle essential
-Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
-Highly motivated and target-driven
-Proficient in Microsoft suite and CRM Software
