Factory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily factory operations to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Ensure the production is High and order
• Manage staff to ensure production is at its highest.
• Lead and supervise production, maintenance, and operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure products meet customer specifications.

• Matric certificates
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience working with Aluminium.
• Has knowledge of the designing of doors and windows.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
