Minimum Requirements

B Tech: Mechanical Engineering or N. Dip Mechanical Engineering
Gas Practitioner License
8–10 years' experience in an industrial/engineering environment
3–4 years' installation experience with burners and boilers (green energy, gas, and oil)
Ability to issue COC certificates
Electrical knowledge (ELC1 and ELC2)
Strong team leadership and problem-solving abilities
Computer literate – MS Office Suite, MS Teams (Accpac/Xero advantageous)

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling and planning of service team projects, installations, and commissioning
Mentoring and developing Service Technicians
Client liaison and stakeholder relationship management
Contributing to and driving departmental sales targets
Developing and growing the BMS platform (target: R15M p.a.)
Overseeing site reporting, COCs, and compliance documentation
Local and international travel may be required
