The Field Service Technician delivers hands-on technical support directly at customer locations, ensuring installations, repairs, and maintenance of products are carried out efficiently, safely, and with the highest standard of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute on-site service tasks, including product installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance.
  • Provide second-line technical support to customers, escalating issues where required.
  • Deliver sales support by assisting with product demonstrations, customer training sessions, and site assessments.
  • Adhere to company safety standards and industry compliance requirements during all fieldwork.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts usage, and customer interactions.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times, ensuring a customer-first approach.
Essential Requirements:
  • Technical qualification or equivalent in electrical, automation, or related field.
  • Proven experience in installations, repairs, or maintenance within a service environment.
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to customer sites.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
