Kamwesa Zambia Limited is inviting applications for a Finance / Accounts Officer based in Lusaka.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day Finance and Accounts function.
• Monitor accounts receivable and outstanding payments.
• Manage supplier accounts and payment documentation.
• Conduct bank, cash and account reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, expenditure and financial movements.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Manage payroll-related financial records and statutory deductions (PAYE, NAPSA, NHIMA).
• Maintain proper financial records, controls and support budgeting.
• Liaise with banks, suppliers, clients, auditors and relevant authorities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Experience in payroll, statutory deductions and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• ZICA membership or professional qualification is an added advantage.
