Finance Manager | CA(SA) | Johannesburg (Office-Based) 
A leading financial services organisation is looking for a CA(SA) to join its Finance team in a Finance Manager role.

This position is ideal for someone with strong management accounting experience who enjoys partnering with the business, delivering meaningful financial insights, and driving month-end reporting excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly management accounting and reporting process.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Analyse expenses and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Produce insightful executive management reports and financial packs.
• Partner with business stakeholders to drive financial performance and planning.
• Support the Senior Finance Manager in delivering a high-performing finance function.

Requirements:

• CA(SA)
• Strong management accounting experience
• Budgeting, forecasting, expense analysis and month-end reporting
• General ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
• Ability to produce executive-level management reports
• Sage X3 experience is highly advantageous
• Insurance experience is beneficial but not essential

This is a 5-day office-based role in Johannesburg, offering exposure to a fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role in supporting senior finance leadership.
