Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Finance Manager shall be responsible for coordinating the provision of financial support services to different strategic business units, in compliance with company policies and procedures and all statutory regulations. Job Summary Type: full-time Location: Gaborone Category: Finance Closing Date: 2026-06-24 Key Responsibilities Oversee all the financial aspects of the Company including the flow of financial information to the Executive Director, the Executive Board, and external stakeholders.Overall control of the company's accounting function, including preparation of the annual financial statements.Financial planning, formulating financial targets and budgets in accordance with the strategy set by the Board.Setting up and overseeing the company's internal control systems, including overall control of all financial transactions and accountancy matters.Ensuring that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met regarding the company's financial affairs, in particular attending to all company secretarial duties.Liaison with the company's external auditors and ensuring that all audit requirements, particularly those for the annual year end audit, are met on time.Tax planning and ensuring that all the tax affairs of the company are attended to efficiently and effectively. Requirements A First Degree in Accounting or FinanceProfessional Qualification; CIMA, ACCA, CA & BICA.MBA will be an added advantageMinimum of 8 years senior management experience in financial managementSolid exposure to management of a large teamAssociate or Fellow Member of Botswana Institute of AccountantsGood inter-personal skillsBe a self - starterA good communicator, both orally and writtenA team personPositive and enthusiasticSecurity industry experienceAbility to work under minimum supervision Salary An attractive salary package, commensurate with qualification/knowledge, skills acquired and ability to deliver in key result areas.
