Key Responsibilities

Lead complex technical accounting and IFRS reporting across the group.
Prepare group consolidations and consolidated financial statements.
Drive group budgeting, forecasting and advanced financial modelling.
Manage corporate tax strategy, deferred tax, tax structuring and SARS disputes.
Support audits, governance and technical accounting position papers.
Prepare board and shareholder financial analysis and strategic reporting.
Provide commercial insight on capital projects, acquisitions, restructuring and business performance.

Minimum Requirements

CA(SA) registered with SAICA (essential).
Minimum 3 years' post-articles experience in Financial Management, Technical Accounting or Corporate Finance.
Strong experience with multi-entity group consolidations, budgeting and financial modelling.
Proven knowledge of IFRS, corporate tax, deferred tax and SARS processes.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Property finance and/or retail/trading industry experience will be advantageous.
