Are you a commercially minded finance professional with a passion for financial planning, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making? An exciting opportunity exists for an FP&A Analyst to join a dynamic business within the credit and lending sector based in the City Bowl.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming complex financial data into meaningful insights, building robust financial models, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Perform detailed financial analysis to support business performance and decision-making.
• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models used for forecasting, scenario planning, and profitability analysis.
• Assist the finance team with the development and maintenance of dashboards and management reporting tools.
• Prepare monthly reporting packs and provide commentary on business performance.
• Analyse lending portfolio trends and identify key revenue drivers.
• Monitor and assess the impact of interest rate movements on revenue, profitability, and forecasting assumptions.
• Support business planning initiatives and ad hoc financial projects.

Minimum Requirements:

• BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modelling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience within the credit, lending, financial services, or loans environment will be highly advantageous.
• Solid understanding of how interest rates influence lending revenue and business performance.
• Excellent attention to detail and STRONG communication skills.
• Advanced Excell
• Power Bi/ Tableau and SQL skills
• hybrid role (3 days in office)
