B.Tech/B.Sc.Food Sc/Food & Nutrition/Chemistry; strong sensory skills; Comp.Lit; Must have 5 YEARS of experience in flavour application on food/beverages/personal care products in a flavour house. Must be customer oriented/ have strong interpersonal/sensory skills/commercial acumen. Must develop/optimise finished product recipes and applications of appealing tastes/lead finished product innovation projects in mainly beverage and confectionery /provide technical support and samples to customers.Lead proactive projects and assist in development projects to expand and enhance the current product range/create and improve on finished product application recipes. Extend and maintain flavour application formulations/ supervise the maintenance of the sample room and sample register. Midrand H0607.
