We are seeking an experienced Front of House professional with strong luxury hospitality experience and the ambition to grow into a management role. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the lodge.

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalised, high-end guest service from arrival through to departure.
• Manage all front of house operations, including guest interactions, check-ins, check-outs, and hosting duties.
• Build strong relationships with guests while anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
• Coordinate closely with lodge departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with team supervision, daily operations, and maintaining service standards.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively resolve any concerns.
• Support management with operational tasks and gradually take on increased leadership responsibilities.

• Strong previous front of house experience within a luxury lodge, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Experience working with international guests and delivering personalised service.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
• A natural host with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high service standards.
