Front Office Supervisors (8 Positions)

Front Office Supervisors oversee the daily operations of the front desk and reception team, ensuring smooth guest experiences.

Shift Supervision:

Oversee front desk operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient check-in, check-out, and guest services.

Staff Coordination:

Assign tasks to receptionists, monitor performance, and provide on-the-job training and guidance.

Guest Relations:

Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.

Room Management:

Manage room inventory, coordinate with housekeeping on room statuses, and ensure accurate room allocations.

Cash Handling Oversight:

Supervise cashier operations and ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation.

Reservations Management:

Oversee reservation processes, ensuring accuracy in bookings and guest profiles.

Reporting:

Prepare shift reports on occupancy, revenue, incidents, and staff performance.

Training:

Assist in training new front office staff on service standards, procedures, and systems.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Full Grade 12 Certificate.

Relevant academic or professional qualifications for specialised positions.

Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is an added advantage.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Applicants must be hardworking, honest, reliable, and self-motivated.
