Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Clothing Technology, Fashion Design, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a Garment Technologist or similar role
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and fit
- Experience working with international suppliers and production processes
- Experience across apparel, footwear, and accessories
- Background in outdoor, performance, or technical product categories
- Experience in retail-facing product training or product education
- Understanding of sustainable materials and manufacturing processes
