Sheba Clinic is assembling its team ahead of the opening of a new healthcare facility in Lusaka and is seeking qualified and dedicated professionals to join the team.

Responsibilities or duties

Cleaning & Sanitation: Perform thorough cleaning of patient wards, offices, public areas, and restrooms, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene .

Waste Management: Empty trash bins, segregate waste, and ensure proper disposal of general and biomedical waste .

Sanitization: Sanitize high-touch surfaces, equipment, and furniture to prevent the spread of infections .

Supply Support: Assist in receiving, storing, and distributing supplies and equipment to various departments .

Patient Support: Assist in moving patients, transporting linen, and handling basic patient requests as directed .

Grounds Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of outdoor areas, including walkways and gardens .

Reporting: Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or equipment faults to supervisors .
